Whether you want to get fit, train to competition level or just row for fun, come down for a free row and meet the team. Join as a rower or as a supporter. Just contact us to find out more.
The club is based at the calm waters of Piddinghoe Lake, a 15 minute drive south of Lewes, towards Newhaven. And we have access to the river Ouse and the sea, depending on the tides. We row year round, and off the water we'll run training and fitness sessions.
To join, membership is £10 a month, paid annually as £120. Then it's £2 per row, 'pin money' which covers the cost of any pins broken.
If you want to stay on land, but come and support the club, supporter membership is £30 a year, with £5 of that going to our chosen charity St Peter and St James Hospice.
At the moment we can only take adults over 18 years.
We are fully insured and will be a member of the Cornish Pilot Gig Rowing Association. Our constitution can be found here.
